At Born in Stockholm, we want you to be completely satisfied with your Scandinavian-inspired pieces, which is why we offer a 30-day return window for all unworn items with original tags attached. Please ensure all garments are returned in their original condition to receive a full refund or store credit.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Pack Your Items

  Carefully place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all designer tags and security seals remain intact and undamaged.

• 3.
  Attach the Label

  Download and print your prepaid shipping label from the portal, then securely affix it to the outside of your return package.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Hand your package to the designated courier and keep your tracking receipt; your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days of arrival at our Stockholm warehouse.
